By accessing our site or working with us, you agree to these Terms.
BULDRR AI offers services only.
We do not sell physical or digital products through this platform.
All services are customized, project-based, or retainer-based depending on the agreement made with the client.
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via:
Bank Transfer
UPI
PayPal
Wise
Invoice-based payments
2.2 Payment Structure
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
50% advance payment is required to begin any project.
The remaining 50% must be paid before final handover.
Work will not be delivered or transferred until full payment is received.
2.3 Refund Policy
The advance payment becomes non-refundable once project work has started.
No refunds are provided once any phase of execution begins.
This applies to all services including automation, design, development, consulting, and hosting setups.
To ensure timely delivery:
Clients must provide all necessary content, access, logins, and approvals on time.
If delays occur due to missing input from the client, deadlines automatically shift.
BULDRR AI is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, or incomplete client-side requirements.
4.1 Ownership
After full payment is made:
The entire delivered project becomes 100% the client’s property.
This includes designs, code, assets, workflows, and documentation.
4.2 Intellectual Experience Rights
While we do not reuse your code, designs, templates, or proprietary assets:
We retain the right to use the skills, learnings, experience, and understanding gained during the project for future growth and internal capability building.
We do not duplicate or resell your specific implementation, branding, or proprietary configurations.
Our work may depend on external platforms and services such as:
n8n
APIs
Hosting providers
Cloudflare
Calendly / cal.com
Chat widgets
CRM platforms
AI models or content generation tools
You acknowledge that:
We are not liable for outages, failures, limitations, policy changes, or downtime of third-party tools.
We are not responsible for business losses, indirect damages, lost profits, or operational impact caused by external service issues or integrations.
By engaging with us, you permit us to contact you through:
LinkedIn messages
Slack
Any communication method mutually agreed during the project
These channels may be used for updates, clarifications, support, invoices, or project discussions.
Users and clients agree not to:
Misuse inquiry forms
Submit false or misleading project details
Abuse communication channels
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or tools
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these conditions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
BULDRR AI is not liable for business losses, revenue loss, downtime, indirect damages, or any consequential damages.
Our services come with no guarantee regarding results dependent on third-party tools, algorithms, hosting, or integrations.
Our total liability, if ever applicable, will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
These Terms are governed exclusively by:
The laws of India.
Any disputes must be resolved under Indian jurisdiction only.
No other country’s jurisdiction shall apply to any matter involving BULDRR AI.
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
